When the desired meaty character is lacking, adding 0.5% to 1.0% will provide a rich, meat-like flavor.
The seasoning can be used in a wide array of plant-based meat alternatives like burgers, fried chicken, and dumplings, as well as in sauces such as vegetarian meat sauce.
